We will open the session with a large group discussion and then break off into small groups of 4-5 people. As with all of our construction meet ups, attendees will have time to share and learn best practices with peers across North America.
Nathan Wood is a global innovation influencer across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. His experiences with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Lean process improvement, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) have led him to realize how even proven technology solutions can lead to failed results when the needs of people and processes are neglected.
As Chief Enabling Officer of SpectrumAEC, Nathan provides thought leadership, applied research and strategic consulting. SpectrumAEC’s mission is to help the AEC industry identify where transformation in mindset and motivation is required to reap the intended benefits of digital technology. Nathan is also Executive Director of the Construction Progress Coalition, a non-profit organization advancing the adoption of open integration standards through a Common Data Exchange (CDX) framework.
